Each bite offers the opportunity to savor the sweetness and flavor of the meat, complimented by a smooth mouth-feel, texture and juiciness. INGREDIANTS 2.5 – 3 lbs. Morgan Ranch Wagyu Coulette (Season to taste as desired.) DIRECTIONS Grill whole with fat cover BUT be very careful because the fat will cause the meat to flame!!! OR Remove fat cover before cooking / grilling and any small amount of silver skin on each side of the meat. Allow meat to reach room temperature before grilling. On high heat on the grill, make grill marks on each side of the meat. Turn heat down to medium and place meat on 2nd rack of the oven or on a higher rack in the grill.
