Morgan Kobe Stew
Morgan Ranch Kobe Stew
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2-3
Cooking Ingredients
- 1 pound of Kabobs
- 2 potatoes diced
- 3 carrots diced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 can peeled / diced tomotoes
- 2 cups water with top beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 cup barley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
Cooking Instructions
In a pressure cooker add a little vegetable oil and heat. Add water , bouillan cubes , diced tomoatoes bring to temperature or slight boil. Slightly brown the meat kabobs.
Add balance of vegetables.
Pressure cook at 10 pounds for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and remove pressure. Rest for 10 minutes
You may wish to eat the stew on the first night. The only problem is that this stew is much better the second day with re- heating.
