Morgan Meat Loaf

Morgan Ranch Meat Loaf

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Serves: 3+

Cooking Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs of ground beef
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup chupped onion
  • 3 chopped button of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Cooking Instructions

Mix together in order given. Form 2 loaves , place in greased heavy cast iron skilllet. Squirt a little ketchup down the center of each loaf. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 10 minutes . Makes a nice crust on the meat loaves.

Slice and serve.
